When it comes to clean design and clever engineering, few cases match the NCASE M2 — the spiritual successor to the legendary M1. In this build, we focused on balancing high-end performance with silent operation in a case that respects every cubic centimeter.

🔧 The Build Experience
The NCASE M2's modular layout and premium finish made the entire process smooth. The dual-chamber design offered enough breathing room for the 240mm AIO and RTX 4080, which is a big win in a sub-20L chassis.
Routing the cables through the PSU shroud and under the motherboard tray took some finesse, but the final result is a super clean look with zero clutter.
🌡️ Thermals & Performance
Even with such a tight layout, thermals are surprisingly good
CPU (°C) | GPU (°C) | |
Idle | 38°C | 34°C |
Load (Gaming) | 76°C | 70°C |
Load (Cinebench + Heaven) | 83°C | 75°C |
The AIO keeps the 7800X3D cool under pressure, and the airflow from the NF-A12x25 fans is buttery smooth and whisper quiet.
🧠 Final Thoughts:
The NCASE M2 combines elegance and functionality in a way that’s rare in the SFF world. With the right planning, you can fit serious hardware in this compact body without compromising on cooling or acoustics. This build hits that sweet spot — and it was worth every minute.
